DC Statehood Day 2025

The DC Statehood PAC hosted an event celebrating DC Statehood Day. Event was held at the Park at 14th on May 1st. On its third year, the annual event commemorates the desire of Washington DC residents to become the 51st state (May 1 = 51) in the Union. In addition to hosting social events, residents engage in activism to promote the passage of DC Statehood bills in Congress. For the past three years, he DC Council has issued Resolutions and the Mayor Proclamations, making May 1st the office DC Statehood Day in Washington DC.
