On May 23, 2023, Liberland launched its new office in Washington DC.   Also known as the Free Republic of Liberland, Liberland is a 2.7 miles micro nation in Europe, between Croatia and Servia on the western bank of the Danube, proclaimed on April 13, 2015.  The micro nation has an administration, headed by its President Vít Jedlicka.  The new micro nation has yet to be recognized as an official country, but President Jedlicka, and some of his cabinet members were on hand at the new opening of the DC office.  They have already established offices in most of the world, and were looking forward to the grand opening of the DC branch.  They hope to eventually convert most of these offices into the equivalent of embassies and consular offices around the world.  Most cabinet members that addressed the crowd talked about the accomplishments of the new micro nation and their vision.  Anyone that wants to become a citizen of the Liberland, can visit https://liberland.org/ for information on process.  Guests included politicians, entrepreneurs, and educators.
